Studeplan is intended for students, parents, guardians, and other individuals who wish to use the service for educational planning.

If you are under the age required to legally agree to these Terms in your country, you may use Studeplan only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care use Studeplan appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.

Some Studeplan features may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide information that is accurate and reasonably up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account with unauthorized individuals.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Take responsibility for activity occurring through your account.

You may not create an account for another person without their permission or, where applicable, the permission of their parent or legal guardian.

Studeplan provides tools intended to help users organize and plan their studies. These may include:

• Study schedules and study plans
• Syllabus and subject tracking
• Study tasks and homework
• Study goals and progress tracking
• Quizzes or questions
• Personalized or automated study recommendations
• Notifications and reminders
• Other educational planning features we may introduce in the future

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features from Studeplan at any time.

Studeplan is a study-planning and organizational tool. It is not a school, teacher, tutor, educational board, examination authority, or substitute for professional educational guidance.

Any schedules, recommendations, questions, explanations, or other educational content provided by Studeplan are intended to assist with studying and organization.

We do not guarantee that:

• A study plan will produce a particular academic result.
• Following a Studeplan recommendation will improve examination performance.
• Information provided through the service will always be complete, accurate, or appropriate for every student.
• Studeplan content will exactly match the syllabus, curriculum, textbook, examination board, or requirements applicable to a particular student.

Students and parents should use their own judgment and verify important academic information with the student's school, teacher, textbook, or relevant educational authority.

Some Studeplan features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate study plans, questions, recommendations, explanations, or other content.

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate recommendations.
• You should review important information and should not rely solely on AI-generated content for academic, educational, medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.
• We may change or discontinue AI-powered features at any time.

You may be able to enter information into Studeplan, including subjects, topics, tasks, notes, goals, schedules, and other study-related information (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of User Content that you submit to Studeplan, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the service.
• By submitting User Content, you grant Studeplan a limited right to store, process, reproduce, and otherwise use that information as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit does not violate applicable laws or another person's rights.
• Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for using Studeplan.

You agree not to:

• Use Studeplan for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Studeplan or another user's account.
• Circumvent security or access controls.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract Studeplan data without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to reproduce the service except where permitted by applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use Studeplan to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person.
• Upload content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the service in a way that could damage Studeplan, its users, or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Studeplan and its original content, features, design, software, branding, logos, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Studeplan and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create derivative works from Studeplan or its proprietary content.

Your use of Studeplan does not transfer ownership of Studeplan's intellectual property to you.

Studeplan may use third-party services to provide hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, communications, payments, AI functionality, or other infrastructure.

• Your use of certain features may therefore be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of third-party services that we do not control.

We aim to keep Studeplan available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Technical problems
• Security incidents
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party service failures
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify or discontinue all or part of Studeplan at any time.

You may stop using Studeplan at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your use creates a security or legal risk.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We reasonably believe the account is being used fraudulently or abusively.
• We discontinue the service.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.

If your account is terminated, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

• Studeplan may offer free and/or paid features.
• If we introduce paid services, we will provide information about applicable prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures before charging you.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for a subscription or other service are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Your use of Studeplan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

Because Studeplan may be used by school-age students, we take children's privacy seriously.

• Parents or legal guardians should supervise a child's use of the service where appropriate and should help ensure that the child does not provide unnecessary personal information.
• We will handle children's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
• Additional requirements may apply depending on the user's age and location.

Studeplan does not guarantee grades, examination results, admission to educational institutions, completion of a syllabus, or any other particular academic outcome.

Academic results depend on many factors, including the student's effort, learning ability, teaching, curriculum, assessment methods, and other circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studeplan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet every user's requirements.
• The service will always be available.
• The service will be free from errors.
• Content will always be accurate or current.
• Data will never be lost or corrupted.
• The service will be completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studeplan and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, loss of academic opportunities, loss of profits, or other indirect losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studeplan and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of another person's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

• When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, application, email, or another reasonable method.
• The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the updated document.
• Your continued use of Studeplan after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Studeplan's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms applicable under those laws.
